Kaba Workforce Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed Kaba Holding AG. Founded in 1983, Kaba Workforce Solutions is led by CEO Richard Souders. Kaba Workforce Solutions’ HCM offering is AutoTime. The functionality in AutoTime includes time and attendance, workforce scheduling, data visualization and analytics, regulatory compliance, employee self-service, labor collection, and fixed/mobile data collection.

Kenexa

Founded in 1987, Kenexa had revenues of more than $157 million in 2009. Under the leadership of CEO Rudy Karsan, the company provides business solutions for human resources management. Kenexa's HR software provides a complete recruitment technology system that helps reduce overall hiring costs, and streamlines and automates the recruiting process. The software also provides companies with visibility of and access to hiring and retention data.

Kronos Inc.

Kronos Inc. is a single-source provider of integrated human resources, payroll, and labor management software. Kronos was founded more than 25 years ago. Today, led by CEO Aron Ain, the company has more than 40,000 customers worldwide.

Through its Kronos for Manufacturing HCM offering, companies can address the complexities of workforce management. The software is designed with a core of applications that include time-and-attendance, payroll, scheduling, and talent management.

Lawson Software

Lawson Software was founded in 1975. The company serves nearly 4,000 customers in 40 countries worldwide. It reported revenues of $736 million during its 2010 fiscal year under the leadership of Harry Debes, its CEO.

Lawson's Human Capital Management system is made up of Lawson Talent Management, Lawson Human Resource Management, and Lawson Workforce Management. The three modules help companies manage a variety of employee-related management requirements.

Oracle

Founded in 1977, Oracle’s annual revenue for fiscal year 2010 was $26.8 billion. Oracle’s CEO is Lawrence J. Ellison. Saba

Saba, founded in 1997, is lead by CEO Bobby Yazdani. The company has 1,400 customers and had revenues of $110 million in 2010. The company provides an HR system that combines learning, performance, and collaboration features. Sage Software

Founded in 1982, Sage delivers scalable and customizable business software. Sage North America, part of The Sage Group, a U.K.-based software company, provides a variety of business management applications for small and midsize companies. The company’s 2010 revenues totaled more than $2.2 billion. It has more than 3 million North American business customers, and its global client base tops 6 million. The CEO of Sage is Paul Walker.

The company's entry into the HCM space is called Sage Abra HRMS. The software is a human resources management package offering a wide range of HR management and payroll functionality.

SAP AG

Founded in 1972, SAP AG is the world’s largest business software company. Its 2009 revenues were more than €10.6 billion. The company has more than 95,000 customers in over 120 countries. Bill McDermott and Jim Hagemann Snabe are co-CEOs.

SAP ERP HCM is the company's product offering. The talent management functionality of the SAP ERP HCM software enables companies to retain, motivate, and promote top performers through the right mix of compensation, benefits, and career development programs.

SuccessFactors

Led by Founder and CEO Lars Dalgaard, SuccessFactors serves more than 3,000 customers in 168 countries. The company provides integrated, on-demand business execution software that is centered on the company's Business Alignment and People Performance software modules. SuccessFactors’ HCM offering, SuccessFactors Business Executive Suite, is designed to provide insight into a wide range of human resources management issues.

SumTotal Systems
